1. Introduction : P.G.D.A.V co-educational College started imparting education from 17th of August 1957. The college then was established by the D.A.V College Managing Committee at D.A.V school on Chitragupta Road in Pharganj. In 1971 college shifted to Lajpat Nagar near Ashram on the main Ring road. The Evening classes of P.G.D.A.V College started on 18th July 1958 with the objective of teaching employed students in higher learning.
